Route & Retain ("we", "us") provides operations software for service contractors. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
Account information such as your name, email, and company; customer and route data you import; crew location while on-shift; and standard product telemetry needed to run the service.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the platform, optimize routes, surface retention insights, and improve product quality. We do not sell your data.
Security
Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We maintain SOC 2 Type II controls and run regular third-party penetration tests.

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact us and we will help you complete your request.
