Route & Retain ("we", "us") provides operations software for service contractors. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
Account info (name, email, company), customer and route data you import, crew location while on-shift, and standard product telemetry needed to run the service.
How we use it
To deliver the platform, optimize routes, surface retention insights, and improve product quality. We do not sell your data.
Security
Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain SOC 2 Type II controls and run regular third-party penetration tests.
