You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We complete deletion within 30 days of verification.
How to request
Email privacy@routeandretain.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my data". Include your company name and account email.
What gets deleted
Your account, customers, routes, crew data, schedules, retention records, and product telemetry. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained.
What we keep briefly
Billing records and audit logs are retained for the period required by tax and security regulations, then deleted automatically.
