How is Route & Retain priced?
We price by crew size and complexity:
Starter – 1–2 crews
Growth – 3–8 crews
Pro – 9–20 crews
Enterprise – 20+ crews or multi-location

Are there setup or hidden fees?
No. Your subscription price is your price.
No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no surprise charges from Route & Retain.
How do payment processing fees work?
When you turn on online payments, your customers can pay by card or bank transfer. Those payments run through our processing partner at standard market rates (similar to Stripe/Square). Route & Retain doesn’t add extra markups on top. Cash and check payments can be recorded with no processing cost.
Do I have to use online payments?
No. Payments are optional. You can use Route & Retain for scheduling, routing, and invoicing only, and keep taking cash, checks, or Zelle/Venmo if you prefer.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. On monthly billing you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel before your next renewal. Annual plans lock in a discount for a 12-month commitment.
Do you offer discounts for annual or multi-location accounts?
Yes. We offer a break on annual pricing, and Enterprise customers get custom pricing for multi-location or franchise setups. Talk to us and we’ll size a plan around your crews.
What happens if my subscription payment fails?
We’ll let you know right away and retry a few times. If it still doesn’t go through, we’ll pause your account until it’s fixed. Billing errors or accidental charges? Reach out and we’ll review and correct them.
